This is a picture I took of my friend, Joe Hall, standing with all of his belongings after a homeless camp sweep on October 28 2019. He lived at our original tent city and was always a tremendous help. At one point he owned a very successful roofing company. He was a fantastic roofer.
He was shot and killed last night inside a home in Goodyear Heights.
